It's like the software big companies use but now accessible to small businesses.

Use our AI CRM or bring your own. Every customer, call, quote and invoice lands in one place. It traces every booked job back to the ad, listing or truck wrap that started it, and every morning it shows you what needs you.

Invitation only. Connect your tools in a few clicks, or we can set them up for you.

Every call, traced to the job it paid for Example company, sample figures.

A map of the Denver service area for Kestrel Heating and Cooling, an example company. Calls from Oct 1 to 23 trace back to the source that brought them and fill a revenue by source list. Then one call is followed: Brian Whitaker in Lakewood called on the Google Ads line about a furnace that quit overnight. The job became a paid furnace replacement, and $9,069 is credited to Google Ads, which moves its return from 5.9x to 7.6x.

You know what you billed. Nobody can tell you what paid for it.

Hard work keeps the phones ringing. It doesn't show you where the calls came from, which ones went to voicemail, or which quotes went quiet. Four questions every owner asks, and what 10XIQ answers.

Saturday night. The phones ring while you are at your kid's game. By Monday the homeowner has called somebody else.

How many calls went to voicemail after 6 PM?

22 of 37missed calls Oct 1 to 23 came in after 6 PM. Each one waits in Calls to return.

You sent a replacement estimate weeks ago. Nobody has touched it since, and nobody knows it is still open.

Which replacement quotes have gone quiet?

$68,900across 7 of the 34 open estimates, with no activity in 30 days.

A furnace sold last week. Was it the ad, the listing or the truck wrap that rang the phone? Nobody can say.

Which ad paid for that install?

$9,069One furnace replacement, traced over 7 steps from the paid invoice back to a Google Ads click.

You know the deposits. You can't say if this month is ahead of the same days last month, or why.

Humanyze talks like the kindest person on your team.

Humanyze is the chat on your website, in your shop's own voice and colors, with your jokes and a name if you want one. It listens, answers in plain words and uses only your pages, your team's answers and your price list. It sounds human, says it's an assistant whenever anyone asks, and never invents a price, a date or an offer.

Hi, I'm Kestrel's website assistant. Ask about service, prices or hours, or I can have the team call you.
How much is a furnace tune-up? Ours hasn't been checked in two winters, and we have a toddler at home.
Two winters is a while, and with a little one at home, that's a smart one to get done. A furnace tune-up is $119. It covers cleaning the burners and flame sensor, a safety check and a carbon monoxide test.Just so you know, that's an estimate, not an official quote. If you leave your name and a phone number or email, I'll get a team member to put together the best deal for you.
Price list: Furnace tune-upTune-up page
Is the heat pump rebate still $3,000?
Good question. I don't have a rebate amount from Kestrel, so I won't guess. I'll pass it to the team.

Thanks, Maria. I've sent this chat and your rebate question to the Kestrel team, and someone will call you at 720-555-0147. I'd come do the tune-up myself, but I'm all chat and no toolbox.

Questions owners ask.

Is 10XIQ a CRM?

Yes, an AI CRM. Use ours or bring your own. Ours has people, the pipeline, notes, tasks and follow-ups, deal owners, booking and the Today screen. Already on HighLevel or another CRM? Keep it running and 10XIQ reads it, or bring your contacts and deals over. Either way, you can do it yourself or we can set it up for you.

Do I have to leave the software I run on?

No. 10XIQ reads QuickBooks, your call tracking, your ad accounts and HighLevel or another CRM, takes reports from your field service software and works with your booking service. The tools you use every day keep running as they are.

Who sets it up?

You can connect your tools yourself in a few clicks, or we can set it up for you.

Can my techs see the money?

Roles are Owner, Salesperson and Viewer. You choose which one each person gets.

Will Humanyze make things up?

No. It answers only from your pages, your team's answers and your price list, and the check runs in code. Every price comes from your price list and ends with a note that it's an estimate, not an official quote. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands the visitor to your team.

Who hears my calls?

Recordings stay in your own file store, with no public links. Each call gets a one-sentence summary, labeled "From the call recording." Full transcripts are for the team that sets up your account.

Run it like the big companies do.

10XIQ gives a small HVAC company the answers a big one pays analysts for.

Invitation only. Tell us about your shop. Connect your tools in a few clicks, or we can set them up for you.

What happens next: we reply by email. Then connect your tools yourself, or we set them up for you.
